Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine
As an Assistant Professor in the Division of Precision Medicine in the Department of Medicine at NYUGSOM, my research is centered around digital precision medicine - which aims to combine digital health tools (wearables, biosensors, mHealth apps) and computational modeling to discover novel data-driven insights and 'digital biomarkers' for chronic diseases. We accomplish this via novel applications of data science tools (machine learning, AI, bioinformatics, and statistics) to digital health data.
I am a recipient of the inaugural Abramson-Stires award by NYUGSOM Department of Medicine in 2023. I received the 2023 Excellence in Research-Junior Faculty award which recognizes a junior faculty for outstanding research at the annual Department of Medicine Research Day.
