About Me

Victoria Fang, MD, PhD is a dermatologist and immunologist at the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently a Clinical Instructor in Penn’s Department of Dermatology specializing in treatment of patients with hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). She is also working as a postdoctoral fellow in the lab of John Wherry, studying the immunologic dysregulation of HS. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Amherst College, and completed her MD and PhD degrees at New York University’s Medical Scientist Training Program working with Susan Schwab studying the regulation of T cell and natural killer cell trafficking via the sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) pathway. She completed her preliminary internal medicine internship at Pennsylvania Hospital, and her dermatology residency at the University of Pennsylvania.
